Missing parts: Any component of the outdoor dining set (e.g., table legs, screws) is missing upon delivery.
Unsatisfied with the product: Items that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

2.Return & Exchange Conditions

General Conditions
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and tags).
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items 
Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer.
Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
Clearance or final-sale items (if marked on the product page).

3.Time Limit for Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

4.Detailed Return Process

2. Receive return approval: Our team will review your request and send you a return approval email within 2 business days, including the return address.

3. Package the item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags. Attach the return label (if provided) to the package.

5. Inspect the return: We will inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days of receipt. If it meets the return conditions, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

2.Receive exchange approval: Our team will confirm availability of the replacement item and send you an exchange approval email with the return address.

4.Inspect and ship replacement: After we receive and inspect the original item (meeting exchange conditions), we will ship the replacement item within 1-2 business days (free of charge for eligible exchanges).

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

7.Return & Exchange Fees 

If a return or exchange is due to our fault (damage, error, missing parts), we will cover all shipping costs for both the original and replacement items. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
