1.Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding major holidays) after receiving your confirmed payment.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM.Orders placed before this cut-off time will start processing on the same business day.

3.Shipping Location

We currently only ship within the United States.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: For regular orders of outdoor dining table and chair sets, reliable and economical shipping.

Delivery Time

Within the United States: Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.

Note: Delivery time does not include order processing time. Slight delays may occur during peak periods (such as holidays) or inclement weather.

5.Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a unique tracking number and tracking link. Click the tracking link in the email to view the real-time location and shipping status of your outdoor dining table and chair set.

6. Shipment Confirmation and Delivery

Shipment Confirmation: After your order has shipped, we will send a shipment confirmation email to the email address you registered with.

Confirmation of Receipt: Please carefully inspect the packaging and outdoor dining table and chair set upon receipt. Once your order is marked "delivered" by the carrier, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

7. Delivery Partner

Our exclusive delivery partner is UPS. Small and medium-sized items are shipped via UPS ground transport. Large outdoor table and chair sets are delivered by UPS trucks – the driver will call 1-2 days prior to delivery to confirm the delivery time.

8.Shipping Fees

Free shipping on all orders.

9.Delivery Delays

Inclement weather, logistics disruptions, or peak order periods may cause delivery delays. We will notify you by email to minimize any inconvenience.

10.Order Cancellation

You can receive a full refund for orders cancelled before shipment (please contact customer service and provide your order number).

Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment – please follow our return and refund policy.
